To submit a ticket, please first login into the Augen Helpdesk Portal with your credentials.

NB: If you are new to the helpdesk, then please use the "Sign-up" link to create a new account.

Once logged in, you can submit a ticket by clicking on the "Create new ticket' button on the top of the page.

This will direct you to the new ticket form as illustrated below.

Please enter a 'Subject' and 'Description' for the ticket. You can attach any supporting documents relating to the issue if any, then click Submit. 

To ensure you get the best support from our agents, please be as detailed as possible about the request that you are logging. Some tips that the agents would appreciate:

- Upload screenshots of any errors experienced
- Provide step-by-step instructions on how to replicate the problem - Information on the environment setup e.g.
- Browser type and version, Operating system etc.
